This well sited farmhouse was sitting empty and just above a duck pond. It needed a complete rehabilitation and in cases a rebuild. It received all new windows, local cedar shingles, new flooring, kitchen, and bathroom. The interior was completely reconfigured for a new floor plan on both levels.
