Description: Renovation of an empty Storefront for New Moon Movement Studio (Tenant Improvement)

About:
A new bathroom, changing room and storage were added as a freestanding block within the historical shell of the building. Positioning the service area in its own little building in the middle of the space was strategic because it did not structurally alter the unreinforced masonry building. It also divided the space into two different use areas.
